Manifesto

Principles

Eight commitments in plain English. The system names under a few of them are tools — not a second language you must learn first.

1. Agency over fairness

Life isn’t a ticket counter. Train the levers you have.

Two Lanes: own what still moves; accept what will not.

2. Competence before tactics

Lines fail when the life behind them is empty.

Competence Starvation: takes can’t replace receipts.

3. Standards without hatred

Screen hard. Do not despise a gender as a class.

4. Volume of clean reps

Rejection is information. Avoidance is delayed cost.

5. Mission compounds

A man with a project beats a man with a grievance archive.

Identity Debt: titles before proof cost interest.

6. Worth is not a reply rate

Her yes is not your oxygen. Neither is her no.

Worth stays local — approval isn’t root access.

7. Truth over comfort

Comfortable stories that keep you stuck are still expensive.

Lab coat: despair cosplaying as realism.

8. Leave the identity

Keep the lessons. Retire the jersey.

Model replacement: better maps, not a louder tribe.

Self-respect is a calendar, not a poster. Trying to hold love without it is unstable — so we train the foundation.
